Professional Experience:

Chef Joseph has more than 10 years experience in food production including hotel pre-opening experience with the Mandalay City Hotel and Belle ChaungThar Beach Resort as Head Chef and also served as Sous Chef at The Hotel @ Tharabar Gate, Bagan. Chef Joseph was previously the Sous Chef at the Royal Kumudra Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw.
